Amelia Purpora

Amelia has recently moved to the Capital District from CT. She has attended Siena and Marist colleges and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Child Studies at Post University in Waterbury, CT. She has many years of experience teaching young children dance at a studio where she was a student and then worked as an instructor. She is interested in the Montessori method because of the focus on hands-on learning and helping children become independent. The Montessori method aligns with her belief in respecting each child’s individuality and encouraging their natural curiosity.
